TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
-
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
All orders are subject to acceptance by our company officer.
Our acceptance shall not be construed on acceptance of printed terms and
conditions on the purchase order form for the buyer, hereunder ("Buyer"),
that are inconsistent with or additional to our terms and conditions,
unless specifically accepted in writing by our authorized officer. No
sales representative, agent or employee of our camp any is authorized
to alter, vary, or waive any of these terms and conditions. Such changes
require the written approval of our authorized officer.
- PRICES
All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders
for immediate shipment will be billed at the price in effect on the date
the order is received. Orders specifying future dated shipments may, unless
otherwise agreed to, be billed at the price on the date of the shipment.
- TAXES
Our prices do not include any present or future sales,
use exercise or other municipal, state, or federal taxes. Consequently,
in addition to the prices specified herein the buyer agrees to reimburse
us for any and all taxes which may become payable with respect to this
transaction.
- DELIVERY
We shall deliver goods F.O.B. point of shipment with transportation
charges prepaid, via lowest cost routing to destination, unless otherwise
specified by the buyer. We shall deliver the goods as soon as possible
after receipt of the order, however, the stated time of delivery i an
estimate only, and we shall not be liable for delayed delivery or non-delivery
caused by strikes, lockouts, fires and accidents, was, riots, a shortage
of or an inability to obtain material, supplies, fuel, labor or shipping
facilities, and on account of any acts, demands, orders or regulations
of the municipal, state or federal governments, and any departments or
agencies thereof, whether or not legally binding on us, or for delayed
delivery such delay extends, for more than six months, we shall have the
option of canceling the undelivered portion of the order. In no event
shall the contract of sales be subject to cancellation by the buyer as
result of delays in delivery or for any other cause, except by mutual
written agreement of the parties.
- PRODUCT WARRANTY
This warranty shall be in lieu of any other warranties,
including but not limited to any warranty or merchantability or fitness
or otherwise expressed or implied, except as herein provided.
In addition, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage
or injury of any nature, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential
or special in connection with or resulting from the use of the product(s).
We warrant all products sold by us as follows:
I ) Money back guarantee up to 7 days.
II ) Exchange or repair up to 3 months.
III ) Rest warranty as as given by manufacturer.
Above to be followed for all products except following:
I ) No warranty on CPU, Retail Box or OEM, this to be strictly covered
by manufacturer.
II) Printers & Monitors will be repaired by manufacturer or authorized
service centers, Sysco can make no exchanges/return/credit.
III) Software is subject to publishers warranty we accept no software
returns and offer no software exchanges.
All returns must be in the original packing container,
including original packing materials, cables, manuals, etc., and must
be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. A Sysco RMA number must
also accompany all returns. We reserve the right to issue an RMA number
based on the manufacturer's product warranty to us. No return will be
permitted on any product that has been abused or modified in any way.
Any product without Sysco warranty label will not be permitted for return/exchange/repair/credit.
Sysco Return Merchandise Department shall handle all requests for return.

- RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) POLICY
We reserve the right to issue an RMA number based on the
manufacturer's product warranty to us. No return will be permitted on
any product that has been abused or modified in any way, except by our
Technical Department Modification includes the removal of, or attempted
modification to any identification labels attached to the products at
the time or purchase.
a. ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKING
CONTAINER, INCLUDING ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS, CABLES, MANUALS, ETC.,
AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE, AND THE RMA
NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE SHIPPING CONTAINER, OTHERWISE THE
RETURNED MERCHANDISE SHIPMENT IS SUBJECT TO REFUSAL BY US. (THE RMA
# must be obtained from out customer service department at 626-3961818)
b. PRODUCT RETURN FOR NON-DEFECT, NO-TECHNICAL REASONS=Both
the Sales Manager and the Customer Service Manager must approve such
returns, THESE RETURNS WILL BE ASSESSED A 15% RESTOCKING FEE, based
on the original sales price.
c. SHIPPING DAMAGE - We ship all product insured. If
product is received damaged in shipment, a notation should be made on
carriers delivery document and a copy retained for return with the product.
An RMA # for damaged product exchange must be requested with 24 hours
of receipt of the damaged product.
d. SPECIAL ORDERS - Product which is "special ordered"
will not be accepted for return.
e. ACTUAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We will assist buyer with technical matters at no charge
for situations that require reasonable technical assistance with respect
to configurations and ordinary applications excessive demand for support
occurs, however, and it is determined to be a result of buyer's lack of
product knowledge or improper use of product. Buyer will be charged the
standard Services/Support rates.
Standard Services/Support is offered on a "carry-in"
basis (for product not otherwise explicitly covered by service warranty)
at the rate of $55.00 per hour, 1-hour minimum.
